HR Admin Assistant
Immediately Hiring!
Advance Services Inc. has openings with a local agricultural coop. This is a direct hire position with the company. Great starting pay and a great company to kick-start your career.

Pay: $20.00 Per Hour 

Shift:
1st Shift 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Location: Fort Collins

Job Duties
  • Maintain employee files and HR records
  • Assist with hiring paperwork and onboarding
  • Help track timekeeping and attendance records
  • Respond to basic employee questions and direct them as needed
  • Prepare HR documents and perform general administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of office or administrative experience (training provided)
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural environment
