General Laborer

Durant, IA
6:00AM-4:30PM | Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed)
$18.00/hr. + Weekly Pay

Looking for steady work, weekly pay, and a hands-on role in agriculture? We’re hiring General Laborers to join a fast-paced production team in Durant, IA. This General Laborer position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a production-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Retag seed products
Re-bag returned seed
Inspect and clean pro boxes
Wash pro boxes as needed
Receive and unload incoming crop trucks
Operate dryer equipment to safely dry crop
Store and manage crop from bins in the dryer facility
Supply seed to the Conditioning department
Perform other duties as assigned
