Job Description


General Labor – First & Second Shift
Pay: $18.00–$19.50/hr
Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Shift Options:

  • First Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    Overtime available after shift as needed

About the Role:
Advance Services, Inc. is hiring reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support our production operations as Palletizers and Catcher/Feeders. In this hands-on position, you’ll help feed machines, catch finished products, stack and palletize materials, and maintain overall production efficiency. We’re looking for safety-conscious candidates who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Feed production machinery and monitor workflow to ensure smooth operations.

  • Catch and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

  • Stack, bundle, and palletize products according to company and customer specifications.

  • Wrap and label pallets for shipment or warehouse storage.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

  • Assist with general labor and material handling tasks as needed.

  • Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.

Hours for 2nd – 2pm-11am (*they do work longer shifts for their OT. Most nights go to almost 2am)

Catcher / Feeder

Hours for 2nd – 2pm-11am (*they do work longer shifts for their OT. Most nights go to almost 2am)

Printing Department

Shredder

2nd shift hours – 3pm-1am / 1st shift hours – 5am-3pm
2nd shift - $19.50 / 1st shift – $19.00

Die-Cutter Aerator

2nd shift hours – 3pm-1am
$19.50
