Location: Chappell, NE
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: M-F 7am-5pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
This individual will serve as a hands-on leader within our agronomy facility, helping oversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality service. Responsibilities include coordinating production based on plant needs and inventory levels, overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory of ingredients and finished products, and supporting overall facility organization and workflow.

This role will help monitor and maintain equipment, ensure preventative maintenance is completed, enforce safety standards, and support team training on job duties and quality expectations. The Agronomy Operations Lead will work closely with team members and management to meet operational goals and maintain compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
