Job Description

Gel Coater/Paint Sprayer- 1st Shift
Hours: 5am-3:30pm (Mon-Thu)
Hourly Rate: $20-24

Overview:
- We are looking for a skilled sprayer to join our production team. As a sprayer, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing surfaces, mixing coating liquids, and spraying coatings according to specifications.

Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and preparing surfaces with solvents.
- Applying masking tape and other coverings to areas that are not being sprayed.
- Selecting and mixing the required coating liquids.
- Selecting and adjusting the spray nozzle to create the appropriate spray pattern.
- Cleaning pumps, spray guns, nozzles, and other spraying equipment as needed.
- Inspecting and assessing coatings to ensure specifications have been met.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working as a sprayer.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of spraying techniques.
- Ability to see subtle color differences.
- Experience with breathing masks and protective clothing.
- Ability to work with harsh chemicals.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
