Job Description

OUT OF STATE: Location, Nebraska.
Advance Services, Inc. EOE is currently hiring for galvanizing positions in Nebraska. The Galvanizing position plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, focusing on the application of protective zinc coatings to steel or iron products. This process enhances the durability and longevity of materials, making them resistant to corrosion and environmental factors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Duties

Prepare metal surfaces for galvanizing by cleaning and removing any contaminants.
Operate galvanizing equipment and machinery according to safety guidelines.
Monitor the galvanizing process to ensure proper coating thickness and quality.
Conduct inspections of finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues during the galvanizing process.

Experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Basic understanding of safety practices in an industrial setting.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
