Job Description

Hiring Immediately! Formulator
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Position Overview
We are currently hiring a Formulator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing products according to established formulas and production specifications.
Responsibilities
  • Measure and mix materials according to formulas and batch instructions.
  • Operate mixing and production equipment.
  • Follow production procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Accurately record batch and production information.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all required PPE and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written instructions and formulas.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
