Job Description


Forklift Operator - 1st SHIFT 
Advance Services inc. is hiring experienced Forklift Operator for the northwest houston "climate controlled" plant. The Stand-Up Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a stand-up forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse or distribution environment. This role supports shipping, receiving, and inventory operations while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Attention to detail is required as well as standing for up to 10 hours a day 

Shift is Monday to Friday 6 am - 3 pm with some overtime and weekend work as required unless otherwise previously approved to be off of work.  

Pay $15.00 per hour  
  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate stand-up forklift to load, unload, and transport materials.
  • Move products to designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift (certification preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
