Forklift/Warehouse Associate 

Location: Marengo, IA
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime on Saturdays)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00/hour

Advance Services is hiring dependable Forklift/Warehouse Associates to join a hardworking, safety-focused team in Marengo, IA! We’re looking for individuals with a farm or agricultural background who understand the importance of handling seed with care and maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift to move, load, and stack seed corn.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Lift and handle bags of seed corn (up to 65 lbs).
  • Accurately track materials using an RF scanner.

Qualifications:
  • Previous forklift experience is required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the day.
  • Strong attendance, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Safety-minded with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
