Job Description

Immediately Seeking! Forklift Operator – Loader (Finished Material)
Monday – Friday | OT as needed
7:00am – 3:30pm | Early starts at 5:00am or 6:00am as needed | $18.80/hr

Will safely operate a forklift to load finished materials onto outbound trucks, verify order accuracy, and ensure all products are secured for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Operate forklift to move finished products from production to shipping area
Load finished materials onto trucks according to shipping schedules
Verify load contents match order tickets and shipping paperwork
Secure loads safely to prevent damage during transport
Inspect finished products for damage prior to loading
Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
Assist with staging products for pickup and delivery
Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
Maintain clean and organized loading and dock areas
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Assist with general warehouse and production support as needed

Qualifications/Key Skillsets:

Prior forklift experience required
Previous warehouse, shipping, or loading experience preferred
Ability to safely maneuver heavy materials
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Ability to read shipping tickets and load sheets
Safety-focused mindset
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
