Job Description

Forklift Operator (Sit-Down and Clamp) *Must Speak Spanish*
Join the Advance Services team! We’re hiring a Forklift Operator to support 3PL logistics company in the Roanoke area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys attention to detail and working in a team-focused environment.
What you’ll do:
  • Operate a sit down and clamp forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, load, or unload products
  • Assist with manual loading/unloading of containers and trucks as needed
  • Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any issues to maintenance
  • Stage pallets and product according to shipping or storage requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing loads
  • Support general warehouse tasks when not on forklift.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocol.
  • Support quality operations as needed.
What we’re looking for:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on clamp and sit-down forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and assist with manual material handling
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and protocols, including proper lifting techniques and use of equipment.
