Food Production – Manual Packer Operator
Advance Services is hiring Food Production Workers in the Coppell area. This position offers on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and competitive pay.
Job Description
The Manual Packer Operator is responsible for packing finished products accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct bag counts per case and compliance with quality, safety, and food manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities
  • Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety regulations.
  • Verify packaging accuracy (product, bag count, lot number, expiration date, and labels).
  • Perform visual inspections to identify packaging or labeling defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
  • Report quality, equipment, or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Work closely with production and warehouse teams to support daily operations.
Work Conditions
  • Food manufacturing environment.
  • PPE required (hairnet, beard cover, mask, protective clothing).
  • Standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Fast-paced, physically demanding role.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing, food production, or packaging experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Ability to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

Accurately report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor. Frequent standing, repetitive tasks, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) are required.
