Advance Services Inc. is hiring Flume Crew cleaner associate for a manufacturing plant in the Baytown, TX plant. Perform mill housekeeping and cleaning, including pressure washing, grinding, painting, and waste disposal. Assist with maintenance tasks, conduct safety inspections, and complete required documentation.
Payrate 18.00
Shift- Mon-Fri-8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Knowledge & Skills Required
Perform housekeeping duties in assigned areas, including specific-area cleaning and general mill housekeeping.
Clean mill basement and flume areas using shovels, rakes, pressure washers, fire hoses, and other cleaning tools.
Operate a hand grinder to grind product and occasionally assist with maintenance-related tasks.
Paint mill equipment and floors as needed.
Pressure wash equipment, parts, and flooring as required.
Safely clean up and dispose of grease, scale, and other materials in designated disposal areas.
Complete housekeeping inspections and maintain all required documentation.
Train in additional areas as needed to support operational needs and multitask when required.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental guidelines.
