Farm Operations Laborer – Spalding - Humphrey, NE
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (45–50 hours per week)
On Call: Every third weekend
About the Position
We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our team in Spalding, Nebraska. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking on a variety of hands-on tasks.
New hires will begin by working alongside an experienced employee for the first week or so to ensure a good fit before operating independently or being assigned a company vehicle.
Responsibilities -
Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors, payloaders, skid steers, road graders, and excavators.

Perform a variety of farm and service operations such as:

Lagoon pumping

Compost processing and spreading

Sewer jetting
-
Road grading and shredding
-
Spraying and general maintenance work
