Job Description


1er Turno: Lunes a Viernes 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Trabajo Manual (Hand Labor): $16.60 por hora
Ubicación: Bedford Park, IL

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES (Se prefiere bilingüe o hispanohablante)

  • Responsable de la correcta configuración de una línea de ensamblaje o empaque.

  • Responsable de la calidad del producto terminado.

  • Responsable de seguir todos los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo relacionados con la producción.

  • Asegurar que se den instrucciones adecuadas para que los trabajadores puedan cumplir con los requerimientos específicos del trabajo.

  • Brindar capacitación a los asistentes.

  • Realizar la documentación y reportes necesarios para la línea de producción.

  • Asegurar que se cumpla el programa de producción.

  • Reportar de inmediato problemas, preocupaciones o condiciones fuera de lo estándar al Supervisor.

  • Colaborar con el área de suministros para garantizar el suministro ininterrumpido de materia prima.

  • Colaborar con el Departamento de Envíos para asegurar la pronta remoción del producto terminado.

  • Comunicar todos los problemas, retrasos o cambios de producción al Supervisor de Producción.

  • Hacer cumplir y seguir todas las reglas de seguridad y Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP).
