Job Description


Now Hiring – Production Assembly

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates to join our production team! In this role, you will assemble printed circuit boards, OBCs, timer kits, and both simple and complex electrical assemblies while following established quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electrical components and products according to work instructions and quality documentation.
  • Operate testers, soldering, cleaning, sealing equipment, power tools, and hand tools.
  • Inspect work throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain the required production pace to meet daily schedules.
  • Communicate with Team Leaders, Production Managers, Maintenance, and Engineers regarding equipment or product issues.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance as required.
  • Read and understand blueprints, layouts, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate, quality products.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

First and Second shift positions available. First shift hours 6:30am-3pm. Second Shift 3pm-11:30pm. Pay starting at $17.50
