General Foundry Laborer – $21.52 /hr
Fulton County, IN | Hiring Immediately

Start your career in manufacturing with a leading employer in the Fulton County area! We are currently seeking motivated individuals for 1st Shift General Foundry Laborer positions. These are entry-level roles—no prior experience required—making this a great opportunity to learn valuable skills and grow within a stable, high-demand industry.
Pay & Schedule:

  • $21.32 per hour

  • 2nd and 3rd Shift 
Position Overview:
In this role, you will support foundry operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks and learning multiple production processes. You’ll receive on-the-job training and have opportunities to expand your skillset across different machines and work areas.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Grinding and polishing metal castings

  • Assisting with machine operation and production equipment

  • Scooping and handling sand materials

  • Cleaning work areas and equipment

  • Performing basic quality inspections and audits

  • Training to operate multiple machines to support continuous production
