Job Description

Day Shift Production Associate
Location: Hamlet, IN
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Swing Shift 2-2-3 (12-hour shifts, Central Time)
Pay: $14/hr

Job Description:

Stack plastic buckets onto pallets according to order quantities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Package pet bowls into boxes with accuracy and efficiency

Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met

Organize and prepare finished goods for shipment, including wrapping and labeling

Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending and lifting up to 50 lbs while working on a team-based production line

Requirements:

Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

Comfortable standing for extended periods

No felony convictions within the past 7 years

Additional Information:

Safety equipment and protection provided

Training available in multiple work areas

Must follow sanitation guidelines, including hair net use when required
