Day Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Hastings, NE
Shift: 1st shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Alternating schedule (every other weekend)
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour, DOE

Advance Services is seeking a reliable and skilled Day Maintenance Mechanic for a reputable company in Hastings, NE! This position offers a safe work environment, weekly pay, and great opportunities for growth and overtime.
Job Duties:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment according to schedule.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date maintenance records.

  • Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, ensuring continuous operations.

  • Keep all work areas clean, safe, and organized—including the facility exterior.

  • Perform occasional outdoor maintenance tasks such as snow removal as weather requires.

  • Support overall plant operations by keeping the physical structure in top condition.

  • Additional duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

  • Alternating schedule:

    • Week 1: Three 12-hour shifts

    • Week 2: Four 12-hour shifts

    • Includes working every other weekend
