Job Description

Full time Day Cook

Advance Services is seeking a school cook in Fairfield, NE. Enjoy working day hours and having weekends and summers off! 

Pay: $18.00 an hour
Shift- Days- 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday
  Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily breakfast and lunch meals following approved menus and recipes

  • Follow USDA, state, and district nutrition and portion guidelines

  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures

  • Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, steamers, slicers, and mixers safely

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces

  • Monitor food temperatures and maintain required records

  • Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries

  • Serve meals to students in a friendly, respectful manner

  • Accommodate special dietary needs and allergies as directed

  • Follow all health, safety, and food service regulations
