Job Description

Data Entry Specialist
Advance Services in Hastings is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, maintain, and verify production, inventory, and administrative data. This role plays a key part in supporting operations by ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Responsibilities:

Enter production, inventory, quality, and shipping data into internal systems
Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Update and maintain electronic and paper records
Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis as needed
Communicate with production, quality, and office staff to resolve data discrepancies
Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
Experience working with Microsoft Office

Wage: DOE
Hours: 8am-5pm, hours may vary on day shift. Monday-Friday, overtime may be required
