Customer Service Representative – Warehouse
Location: Walford, IA
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hiring Immediately

Advance Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a local warehouse operation. This role supports daily shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate documentation and excellent customer communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipments to meet customer delivery schedules

  • Communicate with customers and carriers about orders and receipts

  • Prepare shipping documents (pick sheets, packing lists, bills of lading)

  • Receive inbound freight and verify contents

  • Assist with inventory control, order picking, and product organization

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred

  • Strong communication and computer skills

  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
