Customer Service Representative
Pay: $19-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am-3:00pm
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a new, high-volume customer account. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing customer communication, and handling detailed data entry across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming customer emails

  • Build, enter, and process customer orders using SAP and a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  • Perform accurate, high-speed data entry

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely processing

  • Maintain detailed documentation and follow customer-specific requirements

  • Provide professional and timely customer support via email
Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, order processing, or data coordination experience

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask

  • Experience working in multiple computer systems simultaneously

  • SAP experience strongly preferred

  • Comfortable managing a high volume of email communication

  • Reliable Monday–Friday availability with flexible start times
