Customer Service Representative – Des Moines, IA
Full-Time | Weekly Pay | No Weekends

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT as needed)
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year related experience preferably in a logistics environment

  • Knowledge of SAP and inventory processes preferred

  • Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
