Job Description

Culture Plant Operator
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Rate: $22/hour

Job Duties:
- Ensure adherence to all quality systems including, but not limited to, ISO 9001 and Food Safety with an understanding of IFF’s Quality Policy and procedures.
- Comply with all Company policies including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Food Safety, Environmental, GMP's, HAACP, and Attendance.
- Responsible for safe execution of Culture Plant Preventive Maintenance tasks
- Responsible for plant sanitation and documentation
- Responsible for leading audit-readiness throughout the Culture Plant in terms of facility appearance,
- Responsible for timely execution of Culture Plant pre-weigh activities including weigh-up, documentation and cleaning
- Responsible for execution of additional tasks

Job Requirements:
- high school diploma or equivalent
- team player
- proven mechanical ability
- good attendance record
- able to wear PPE
- able to add, subtract, divide and multiply percentages and fractions
- able to comprehend English
- able to push/pull 55lbs
