Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Concrete Installer / Skilled Laborer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing high-quality concrete installation work while upholding safety and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and committed to maintaining our strong workplace culture.

Perform installations to meet or exceed project specifications and quality standards.

Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook.

Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and materials.

Set up and finish concrete with skill and precision.

Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Stay calm, focused, and effective in all working conditions and environments.

Wear and use protective equipment as required for both safety and weather conditions.

Proven experience in concrete installation and finishing.

Strong understanding of construction safety protocols.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions
