Job Description

Clerical - AP/AR Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing accounts receivable and payable processes? We’re seeking a talented Clerical - AP/AR Specialist to become a vital part of our team, ensuring seamless financial operations and maintaining strong vendor relationships. In this role, you will oversee invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, and vendor management. Your expertise will help keep our financial activities smooth and compliant. Additionally, as a DOT-certified collector, you will support local operations and participate in an on-call rotation, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to excellence. The position also offers cross-training in various accounting and administrative functions, fostering professional growth in a collaborative setting.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite(will train onsite)
Excellent communication skills
Valid Driver's License

Other Requirements:

Capacity to participate in an on-call drug screening collection rotation
Flexibility to support various accounting and administrative tasks as needed
