CNC Machinist / Robotics Technician
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 8:30 pm - 6:30 am
Must be able to work OT as needed
Pay: $22.25 - $31.04/hr DOE + $2/hr shift premium
Job Duties
Perform CNC machining and robotic production operations including machine setup from blueprints, fixtures, and gages. Position and secure tools in machine per process sheets and setup procedures. Set machine controls for speeds, feed rates, and depth of cut. Load and secure product in fixtures or jaws and align tooling to ensure proper clearance and accuracy. Run first-piece inspections and verify dimensions meet specifications. Monitor machining operations, making tool changes and adjustments as needed to maintain quality. Perform periodic in-process inspections and ensure conformance to print requirements. Complete autonomous maintenance tasks including fluid checks and minor machine adjustments. Record production data and return setup materials and paperwork to proper locations. Support training of new operators, participate in team meetings, maintain 5S standards, and perform other duties as assigned.
Safety Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Must safely operate CNC machines, robotic equipment, hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Must be able to read and follow blueprints, written instructions, and safety procedures.
