Job Description

Industrial Paint & Prep Specialist – Weekly Pay + OT
Advance Services is seeking a dependable Blaster/Painter for a full-time temporary assignment with potential for direct hire. This role involves prepping and painting industrial equipment using sandblasting and epoxy paint techniques.

SHIFT: 6AM to 6PM Monday - Saturday.
Pay Rate: $18
Key Responsibilities:

Prep surfaces using sandblasting, sanding, and grinding tools
Apply primer and 2-part epoxy paint according to specifications
Operate overhead cranes to move materials
Cross-train in other production areas as needed
Maintain housekeeping standards (sweeping, trash disposal, chemical storage)
Follow all safety and environmental protocols
Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Stand and work for extended periods, including weekends

Required Skills:

Punctuality and reliability
High attention to detail
Previous sandblasting experience (must be listed on resume)
Experience with 2-part epoxy paint (must be listed on resume)
Immediate availability for in-person interview and start
