Position Overview:
The Bindery Operator will work as part of the finishing team, operating and maintaining bindery equipment, assembling printed materials, and ensuring all jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, collators, stitchers, and perfect binders.
Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy.
Perform setup, adjustment, and cleanup for each job.
Package and prepare finished jobs for shipment or delivery.
Assist with inventory management of paper and supplies.
Follow all safety and quality control procedures.
Work collaboratively with press and production staff to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
Previous bindery, print production, or warehouse experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime is available during peak production periods.

Pay: $18.hr
