Advance Services is hiring for a seasonal bilingual recruiter. The position is an exciting opportunity for an organized professional who will leverage recruiting practices to identify and hire high-quality candidates to meet the needs of our clients. We are looking for a reliable team player to join our incredible team!

  • Clear, professional, and confident verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.

  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of accountability and the drive to consistently meet or exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Matching candidates to open positions based on client requirements.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients as their account manager.
  • Meet or exceed placement, fill rate, and time-to-fill goals.
