The Baler Operator position involves operating machinery that processes paper by-products from the print manufacturing process. This role is essential for managing waste materials and ensuring efficient operation within the

Pay: 19.40
Hours: 7:00pm-7:00am
Schedule: Monday through Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to baler equipment to compress and bind paper by-products generated from the print manufacturing process.

  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure continuous operation of the baler machinery.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Documentation: Accurately record operational data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • Skills: Knowledge of standard setups, adjustments, and operating characteristics of baler equipment. Ability to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment effectively.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

  • Shift Availability: Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends, as required.
