B2B Warehouse Lead

Advance Services Inc. has a new role available as a B2B Warehouse Lead located in North Las Vegas near the Speedway!

A B2B Warehouse Lead for an ecommerce company manages daily operations including high volume picking packing shipping and receiving while supervising staff to ensure accurate and timely B2B orders. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy optimizing workflow enforcing safety protocols and utilizing warehouse management systems to meet productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Oversight Manage daily B2B order fulfillment including batch picking packing and palletizing for bulk shipments.
Team Leadership Supervise train and schedule warehouse associates to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
Inventory Accuracy Oversee receiving replenishment and cycle counting to ensure high inventory accuracy
WMS Management Utilize warehouse management systems to track orders manage stock and monitor performance.
Safety and Compliance Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean organized work environment.
Logistics Coordination Coordinate with freight carriers and logistics partners for outbound B2B shipments.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Experience Two to five years of warehouse experience preferably in a B2B or ecommerce fulfillment environment
Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead a team train staff and solve problems under pressure
Microsoft Office Excel

Physical Stamina Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
WMS inventory system experience
Must have reliable transportation due to commute
Must be able to work overtime and be flexible to work weekends as needed

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour (Temp to Hire)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Must be flexible to come in early or stay late as needed Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday’s as needed without any restrictions
