Job Description

Assistant Quality Manager
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to support quality assurance and quality control activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inspections, testing and analysis, customer quality concerns, supplier quality management, and audit compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience with quality management systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
2-4 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Analysis
Experience with quality systems, audits, and inspection/testing equipment
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Experience with battery, energy storage, or electronics manufacturing is a plus
ISO or Six Sigma certifications preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 annually
Work Environment: In-person
