Job Description

Assembly Technician: 

We’re seeking reliable, hard-working Installation Technicians to join our team in West Valley City, UT! In this role, you will help install, modify, and service Thermo refrigeration units on semi-trucks and trailers. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team, we want to hear from you.

Day Shift: 6 am – 4 pm / Monday – Friday
Pay: $23/HR
Job Length:  Long-term temporary

Job Duties:
  • Install, modify, and repair refrigeration units and related systems on trucks and trailers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through proactive communication and reliable follow-through.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and prepare refrigeration units and systems for use.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity standards.
  • Follow all technical, administrative, and shop procedures when completing tasks and closing work orders.
  • Participate in OEM and other training programs to maintain and enhance technical knowledge.
  • Stay current with updates and new developments to support efficiency and departmental growth.
