Day Shift Assemblers and Welders Needed!

Become a key part of a high-performing team in Grand Island, NE as a team member on the Assembly line or in the Welding Department! interview for one of our positions and get the opportunity to work for a world-class manufacturer, in a safe and friendly environment! These are Temp to Hire positions for the right candidates!

Job Duties:
  • Read and interpret production orders, work instructions and build sheets to assemble machines, sub-assemblies or components.
  • Use hand tools, power tools and fixtures to fasten, position and secure parts (bolts, screws, clips, welds, etc).
  • Fit parts to model specifications, check alignments, tolerances and proper installation of components.
  • Perform visual inspections and functional checks of assemblies to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
  • Set up and operate welding and cutting equipment (MIG, TIG, stick, semi?automatic/automatic machines) to weld steel plates, angles, sheet metal or various gauges to produce sub-assemblies and complete assemblies.
  • Read blueprints, work instructions, welding symbols and procedures; select appropriate welding methods (e.g., MIG/pulse, automatic welding) and welding parameters (voltage, current, wire feed) based on material thickness and type.

Pay: Starting at $20/hr - wages based on skill set and position
Shift: 1st shift, 6am - 2:30pm
