Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift in Peru, IL

Shifts: 1st & 2nd – Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.50/hr
Training Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (or as scheduled)

About the Role:
We are looking for dependable Assemblers to join our team in Peru, IL. This is a hands-on position, perfect for someone looking to build a career with a leading employer in the area. Communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are key!

Responsibilities:

  • Hand assemble yoke shafts (repetitive work)

  • Inspect yokes to ensure they are in excellent condition

  • Operate forklifts as needed

  • Assist with machine operation

  • Work together with the team to help produce high-quality parts

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately

  • Dependable attendance record
