Advance Services has an exciting opening for 1st shift Admin Assistant in Prescott, WI!

Summary:
Detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience supporting manufacturing environments and maintaining accurate data records.

Job Duties:

· Enter and maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information for multiple company locations.
· Review SDS documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
· Update and organize electronic records and databases.
· Assist with regulatory compliance documentation and recordkeeping.
· Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing or updated SDS information.
· Scan, file, and maintain digital and physical documents.
· Generate reports and track completion of SDS data entry projects.
· Perform data audits to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
· Provide general administrative support, including email correspondence and document management.

Shift: 1st Monday-Friday
Hours: 8AM-4:30PM
Pay: $18-20/Hr.
