Job Description
Come work at one of Springville’s fastest-growing medical manufacturing! This position will play a critical part in maintaining accurate and timely financial records by managing full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Pay rate: $50,000 - $75,000 depending on skill level and experience
Key Responsibilities for Accounting Specialist:
- Manage AP/AR inboxes to ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Process invoices with proper approvals, coding, and documentation.
- Perform 3-way PO matching and reconcile vendor statements.
- Maintain W9 records and assist with annual 1099 filings.
- Record and apply customer payments; monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Prepare weekly payroll runs and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Qualifications for Accounting Specialist:
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounts payable and receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of general ledger impact for AP/AR transactions
- Excellent communication skills
