Accounting Specialist

Looking for a bilingual Accounting Specialist with a strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger in the Hollister area! If you love and have experience in the agricultural field, this is a perfect opportunity for you!

Job Description:

Work with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Process incoming payment by checks, credit card, and EFT. Receive, process and reconcile statements. Prepare monthly financial statements. Generate and review monthly reports. Prepare and make bank deposits. Assist with preparation for annual audits. Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures. Maintain accurate records, ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices. Front desk coverage as needed. Issue and verify of 1099.

Requirements:
AA in accounting or business is preferred. 3+ year experience in GL and AP accounting functions. Prior experience using Quickbooks. Strong organizational skills with commitment to accuracy.

Pay: $22-$27
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
