Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist – Elk Horn, IA | $15/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Advance Services, Inc. is hiring an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist in Elk Horn, IA! This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of office experience who enjoys working with numbers, reconciling accounts, and supporting a busy accounting team. Join a friendly, fast-paced office and grow your accounting career while helping vendors and internal staff.
What You’ll Do:
  • Process and review invoices, bills, and payments with accuracy
  • Reconcile accounts, petty cash, and credit card transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks
  • Communicate with vendors and team members to resolve discrepancies
  • Support the accounting team with daily administrative and financial tasks
