Account Manager


Advance Services is seeking seeking a hands-on, people-focused Account Manager to oversee client relationships and field operations for our cleaning accounts. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and managing on-site staff performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working directly with both clients and employees.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred and considered a major asset for this role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular on-site visits to customer locations to ensure service quality and satisfaction

  • Perform routine inspections and document both positive and negative feedback

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally

  • Interview, hire, train, and onboard cleaning staff

  • Manage employee performance, including coaching, corrective action, and terminations when necessary

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and client expectations

  • Maintain accurate inspection reports, employee documentation, and account notes

  • Collaborate with operations and management to improve service delivery and retention


Hours: 8am-5pm, base hours, some evenings and weekends may be required
Pay: $75,000 per year + performance bonuses
Location: Hastings and Grand Island
  Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $75,000 per year

  • Bonuses: Performance-based (typical total compensation $80,000–$85,000 annually)
