CNC Operator – Robotic Cell - Armstrong, Iowa
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 3:00 pm - 1:00 am (2nd Shift)
$22.25 - $31.04/hr DOE + $2.00/hr shift premium
OT required as needed
Job Duties
Operate and program robotic cell equipment in a manufacturing environment. Read job specifications and blueprints to determine machine adjustments and production requirements. Develop and modify robotic path motions to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality. Set up and operate computer-controlled equipment, enter and edit machine programs, and verify accuracy of machine settings. Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with robotic system assembly, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. Support engineers with robotic system applications and improvements. Maintain production records, train and assist new operators, maintain 5S standards, and support team production goals. Robotic experience and a strong work history are preferred. May lift up to 50 lbs.
Safety Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to safely operate robotic equipment, CNC machinery, hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices. Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures is required.
