Job Description


Indoor / Outdoor Fall Harvest Project! - August - November

Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Hours may vary based on business needs.)
Responsibilities
  • Work around soybeans, corn, pollen, and dust for extended periods.
  • Perform duties in outdoor and warehouse environments.
  • Assist with distributing, shipping, and sorting seed.
  • Shell and thresh crops and treat seed as directed.
  • Travel with the road crew as needed.
  • Work safely in hot, humid, wet, and muddy conditions.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working around soybeans, corn, pollen, and dust.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to travel with the road crew when needed.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
