Now Hiring: Coffee Builder
Location: Monmouth, IL
Pay: $16.00/hour

A remanufacturing plant in Monmouth, IL is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Coffee Builder to join their team!
Position Overview
The Coffee Builder is responsible for assembling, rebuilding, and preparing coffee equipment/components in the remanufacturing process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble and rebuild coffee equipment and components
  • Inspect parts for wear, damage, and usability
  • Clean and organize parts for rebuilding/remanufacturing
  • Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all plant safety and quality procedures
  • Assist with other production duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred
  • Ability to use hand tools and work with small and large components
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
