Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Pay: $19/hr

We are looking for a motivated and reliable 1st Shift Shipping and Receiving Clerk to become an essential part of our team. What You’ll Do:

Receive, check, and process all deliveries, ensuring proper paperwork accuracy
Coordinate with receiving staff on truck placement and unloading logistics
Manage purchase orders, warehouse transfers, and returns from customers
Maintain accurate logs, records, and inspection reports
Identify and report damages or processing issues
Support backup duties for other warehouse clerks and perform miscellaneous warehouse tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environment a plus

Nice to Have:

Forklift certification or experience (training available)
Familiarity with shipping documentation such as B.O.L.’s and packing slips
Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software
