As a Production/Packaging team member on 1st shift, you will be responsible for packaging food products while meeting quality, safety, and production standards. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail is essential. Training will be provided by experienced leaders to ensure your success.
Job Responsibilities
Package food products according to quality and safety standards
Inspect products for accuracy, appearance, and proper labeling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow all food safety, GMP, and company procedures
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Requirements
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive motions in a production environment
