Job Description

1st Shift CNC Set up Tech

Do you have knowledge and skills to operate and set up CNC machines? Do you know how to read measuring gauges and part prints? We have just the job for you with an excellent schedule and weekly pay!

Job Duties:

Set up CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, ensuring proper installation of tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to blueprints and technical specifications
Program CNC machines using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software and verify programs through simulation before production runs
Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings to ensure precise machining operations
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions and quality standards
Adjust machine parameters, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes, tooling setups, and overall efficiency
Maintain detailed setup documentation, inspection reports, and machine logs in compliance with safety and quality protocols

Pay: $21.50-$27.50 DOE

Shift: 1st Monday -Thursday, some Fridays for Overtime may be required
Hours: 5:00am-3:30pm
