General Labor / Manufacturing Associate
Schedule:
Sunday– Wednesday | 8:30 pm - 6:30 am
OT required as needed
Pay Starting at $20.50 per hour + $2 per hour shift premium
Job Duties
Perform manufacturing and production tasks in a metal fabrication environment. Operate and tend equipment including saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punch equipment. Read job specifications and blueprints to assist with machine setup and production requirements. Measure finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor equipment for proper operation and report defects or malfunctions. Perform minor machine maintenance, assist with machine setup, package finished products, maintain a clean and organized work area, and support team production goals. Cross-training in multiple areas may be required. May lift up to 50 lbs.
Safety Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to safely operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and safety procedures is required.
