Job Description


Now Hiring: Full- and Part-Time Production Support Specialist
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Shift: 1st Shift (No nights or weekends)
Pay: $18–$22/hr (Based on experience)

Join a respected leader in HVAC manufacturing! We're hiring Production Support Specialists to keep materials moving and operations running smoothly on our 1st shift. If you have forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility

  • Keep production lines supplied with necessary parts and components

  • Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

  • Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Requirements

  • Previous forklift experience required

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the shift

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
